Permanent magnet synchronous motor system is a kind of ac servo system, it is widely used in the servo system, it already has the mainstream position in many cases, especially high precise positioning requirement. Nowadays the electronic technology is developed very quickly, full digital control of the ac servo system is widely used.First, control strategy and algorithm of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are analyzed in the thesis. The inherent electromagnetic relationship of PMSM is studied, mathematical model is established, simulation software is used for the simulation, the system is simulationed in the case of application of three PI controllers.Then, in view of the current coupling problem, current feedback decoupling and current deviation decoupling are adopted to optimize the current loop,optimizing effect of two methods are compared. On the basis of the current inner loop optimization, speed loop and position loop of the PMSM are optimized,sliding controller is used in speed loop, feedforward controller is used in position loop in order to fully optimize the system.Finally, the design of the software is completed, optimization on control platform is validated which using DSP as the core. The static characteristics and load characteristic are tested, the result of simulation is validated by comparing parameters before and after the optimization, the optimization effect is manifested.
