Friction plate is an important part of automobile clutch.Due to the special production requirements of clutch friction plate,the previous manually operation of production can not meet the piratical production requirements.In order to ensure the stable quality and high consistency of the friction plate,as well as to reduce labor intensity of works and production costs of enterprises,this thesis designs a set of automatic winding prototyping system for friction plate of automobile clutch based on the traditional manual production process of friction plate.Based on certain project cooperation and aiming at unstable quality,uneven wire winding,low yield,high raw material consumption,high labor intensity,frequent failures and other issues of current production mode combining artificial with mechanical methods of friction plate,the thesis designs a set of automatic equipment system of electromechanical integration.Firstly,the present situation of friction plate prototyping equipment in existing technology market is investigated.Taking the status of cooperative company as an example,the necessity of designing automatic forming equipment is analyzed from both the economy and technology perspective.Through the research of the original manual production equipment,the thesis proposes the specific requirements of the whole control flow,control scheme,hardware design and software design of the friction plate prototyping equipment.Secondly,through the selection of the hardware system,the SIEMENS SMART S7-200 is used as the logic controller,the SONAMICS V90 is used as servo system,the SMART700 IE is used as interactive equipment,and in this way the selection and design of system equipment is completed.Then the working principle,control mode and principle of servo motors,as well as the realization of controlling servo motor by PLC are analyzed and designed.The hardware structure and communication mode of every function unit of the prototyping equipment control system are designed.And the method of connecting S7-200 with SMART SONAMICS V90 to realize position control,speed control and torque control is described in detail.In the latter part,this thesis designs the software interface and function of interactive touch screen and uses ladder diagram program to design the linear material pull unit,linear material weighing unit,linear material feed unit,radial cable guideunit and rotating winding unit of the prototyping control system of friction plate.According to the process requirements and the actual situation in the production process of the friction plate,the control performance of the servo system is analyzed,and the simulation is carried out by MATLAB.Finally,the thesis makes a summary and outlook for the design of friction plate prototyping system,which can increase the degree of automation by using "machine Substitution" at the meanwhile greatly improving the friction material enterprise’s production efficiency and profit.
