In recent years,gas pipe network is developing rapidly in our country,however,intermediate pressure,medium pressure gas pipe network pressure to recycle the research has not been.With the progress of science and technology,the regulator station gradually realized the intellectualized management,improved the pipeline network monitoring and data acquisition system(SCADA system),which is the premise of every regulator station should be equipped with electric power facilities,but poor results.This paper studies the application of the intermediate pressure,medium pressure gas pipe network pressure in reducing pressure can be used,on the basis of the use of intermediate pressure,medium pressure regulator station,pressure regulating box,etc.The theoretical analysis of the pressure,medium pressure gas pipe network pressure to the feasibility of power generation applications.Set the pressure,medium pressure gas pipeline pressure can power simulation system,the control simulation system is developed and realized real-time monitoring and data transmission,the collected signal is converted into standard signal,ready for subsequent acquisition signal wireless transmission,can link the SCADA system.To study intermediate pressure,medium pressure gas pipeline pressure can power simulation system,focuses on analyzing the flow and pressure influence on generating capacity,analyzed the pipeline stress can power generation using the feasibility of the scheme,convenient application theory provide theoretical guidance for subsequent projects.The final experiment:without thermal insulation layer,the outlet temperature not only directly affected by the inlet pressure,also by flow.With thermal insulation layer,inlet pressure directly affects the outlet temperature.Due to it's hard to be the absolute adiabat and affected by system rotating friction factor and so on,outlet temperature measured is much higher than the calculated,even if with thermal insulation layer,so we need careful consideration about the use of intermediate pressure,medium pressure gas pipe network expansion cold energy after decompression.In terms of power,mainly analyzes the relationship between pressure ratio and the flow.The greater the pressure ratio n,the greater the power;The greater the flow,the greater the power;Power and flow was positively proportional relationship,and was positively proportional relationship;P=(28)16.10Q×lnn.the actual pressure can be reached about 20%,compared with theoretical pressure energy,actual utilization rate is very low.In the future more than the actual project in the research of gas pipe network pressure to use the focus on how toimprove the efficiency of power generation,avoid too much additional work.On the economic analysis,it's low initial investment and short payback period(2.20years)of intermediate pressure,medium pressure gas pipe network pressure system,more suitable for remote suburb,distance from the municipal power supply line(100 meters)of the station,gas pressure for electrical construction.Compared with the construction of municipal power grid power distribution,it has the incomparable superiority.
