Study On The Management Mode Of Energy Saving Reconstruction Of Existing Residential Buildings In Mentougou District

Building energy conservation as a low carbon economy construction of our country,energy saving and emission reduction targets completed on schedule and make economy sustainable,healthy and orderly development of a very important work,with the intensification of urbanization,western developed countries first started in the existing buildings for energy saving,China gradually realized that only the development of green building is long-term is the inevitable choice for the sustainable development,will also be the work as a key comprehensive promotion.And with China’s existing buildings for energy saving,Beijing as the capital,has been walking in the forefront of building energy saving,promulgated the many documents to support the construction of energy-saving work,and is also energy-saving renovation work to promote and implement the city thoroughly.This paper not only in Beijing of the transformation of the status quo and existing building energy saving reconstruction policy development of carding and research,in Mentougou District of Beijing City as an example,analyzes the objective conditions of Mentougou District,and puts forward both the construction of energy-efficient transformation of the existing problems,and in 2010 in Mentougou District of the transformation of the energy-saving project examples,through the transformation contents,energy saving effect analysis,impact on society in many aspects of its characteristics,and in accordance with the construction of energy-efficient transformation of the operating mechanism and process of the sort.Finally,according to the research result,the author puts forward the most suitable management mode.
