In recent years,with the car ownership is increasing and the problem of environmental pollution is increasingly serious,the cleaning of motor gasoline is brought to people's attention.In gasoline quality standard,such as sulfur,olefins,aromatics,benzene content and manganese,lead other organic fuel stabilizer content reduce continuously,the gasoline octane number is difficult to maintain.In order to improve the efficiency of internal combustion engines,reduce emissions and gasoline internal combustion engine compression ratio increasing,we need to match the high-octane number gasoline.Restricted by domestic resource constraints,our country is difficult to blend component to improve the gasoline octane number through isomerization,alkylation and high octane number gasoline,The fuel stabilizer is still an effective additional means of enterprises to improve the octane number.Fuel stabilizer generally contain metal,unsaturated bond,non-hydrocarbon elements and it in use can lead to gum gasoline,changes of induction period and additions of PM,then causing a series of negative effects.The development of clean and efficient octane improver becomes the key to product upgrade.Organic ash-less class-based fuel stabilizer has completely combustion,un-increase emissions of pollutants,less wear and tear on the engine and other advantages,and it is the economy,environmental protection and efficient fuel stabilizer.Through experiments and response surface method,optimal reaction conditions are as follows: reaction temperature of 211?,the ratio of alcohol amine of 2.2:1,the space velocity of 0.83 h–1.The best conversion rate of 86.46% can be removed under the optimum operating condition.Compared with the traditional toxic aniline stabilizer,the experimental materials only increase the oxygen-containing groups,then make the amino into amino(—NHCH3),which greatly improved the performance of aniline as fuel stabilizer,but also reduce the emissions of pollutants.Such a new type of highly efficient,environment-friendly fuel stabilizer is of great significance for the development of clean gasoline fuel stabilizer.The solubility,low temperature fluidity and oxidation stability of stabilizing agent is limited,adding directly to gasoline affects the other properties of gasoline adversely.After antiknock solvent synthesis,in order to make gasoline more excellent performance afteradding the product exhibit,we need to add the right amount of ingredients in the stabilizer of the final product.Through a series of experiments,the optimum formula fuel stabilizer mixture is: the main agent of N-alkyl-4-amino benzene diethyl ether,56%(wt);For xylene solvent,adding amount of 35%(wt);Antioxidant BHT 2%(wt);For petrol detergent-dispersants diimide,adding amount of 5%(wt);Ethylene glycol to adjust condensation point,2%(wt).A mixture of fuel stabilizer is added into gasoline,the gasoline octane number and other properties were measured,the results show that when adding amount is less than 2%(wt),with the increase of adding amount,the octane number increased rapidly,averaging 0.5%(wt)RON increased octane number 1.25 units.The determination results of parameters such as gasoline gum,induction period,and distillation range are in line with the current stage of the fifth national standards of gasoline.So the research of fuel stabilizer is of great significance to improve gasoline octane number,and make the production cleaner.
