Nowadays,with the highly development of economy,the haze problem has become increasingly prominent,seriously affecting people's normal daily life and work,So it is particularly important to research green transportation.The electrical vehicle has the advantages of less energy expenditure,environmental friendship,which has already become the main research direction.In this thesis,the Brushless Direct Current Motor was chosen as the driving system of electric vehicle,due to its high efficiency,long life,low noise,high speed and so on.In the control method,this paper chose direct torque control,this control method has the advantages of simple structure,simple calculation and little influence by parameters,which greatly improves the dynamic performance of the Brushless Direct Current Motor.Therefore,this design deduced the realization method of the direct torque,on the basis of the Brushless Direct Current motor mathematical model and its control theory.The main contents are as follows:1)First,this thesis introduced the development situation about Brushless Direct Current Motor control system around the world,as well as the basis component parts,the running principle and the mathematical model of Brushless Direct Current Motor.Based on mathematical models,the basic principle of direct torque control technology of Brushless Direct Current Motor was analyzed.2)In order to improve the running stability and reduce the economic costs of the electric vehicle,this paper used STM8S105C6T6 chip made by ST Company as the control core of the system and designed the main hardware circuit of Brushless Direct Current Motor controller.3)The program code of the controller was compiled by ST Visual Develop software.Finally,the experimental board was debugging to measure the waveform of each measuring point,the curve gained from experiment proved the reliable and feasibility of this control system.In conclusion,this article selects Brushless Direct Current Motor for electric vehicle drive system,proposes the application of the advanced direct torque control method in the motor drive systems,the conclusions offer more options for Brushless Direct Current Motor drive technology in electric vehicle.
