Due to the small size, high speed, high speed motor, can work with machines or load connected directly, eliminating the traditional mechanical transmission device, can reduce the noise and improve the efficiency of the drive system, the high speed grinding machine, the air cycle refrigeration system,energy storage flywheel, gas high-speed centrifugal compressor, the distributed generation system has widely application in the fields of application, but due to the high power density and high speed motor loss density, heat dissipation difficulties and rotor strength and stiffness problem restricts the development of high-power especially megawatt high-speed motor, based on the natural science fund project in liaoning province high speed permanent magnet motor coupling field theory study and rotor reliability analysis as a research background, with 315 kw high speed permanent magnet motor as the research object, the mechanical characteristics of high-speed motor has carried on the comprehensive in-depth discussion. The main research work includes the following several aspects:For anisotropic rotor strength of the sheath material are analyzed in theory, and finite element verification; Based on finite element method, compares the different rotor intensity distribution of sheath structure, and analyzes the interelectrode filler material, temperature and rotating speed, the thickness of sheath and interference quantity's influence on the strength of the rotor, and puts forward the carbon fiber bundle and the mixture of carbon fiber and glass fiber protection measures, to the rotor under cold state and hot state strength was calculated, and the comprehensive comparison.According to the characteristics of 315 kw high speed permanent magnet motor high speed,through the experiment and calculation method of combining the finite element software, the analysis of the critical speed of high-speed permanent magnet motor rotor, and the gyroscopic effect, the size of the rotor, the rotor material and bearing stiffness on the influence of the permanent magnet rotor critical speed, summarizes the impact of various factors change rule. Finally the rationality of the design of the permanent magnet rotor has been verified.Analyzes the whole tools and state of high-speed permanent magnet motor, the vibration of the various parts of the whole machine and analyzes the motor vibration, the influence of the vibration of the whole machine and the relevance between components. And analyzes the connection between components the influence of the stiffness of the whole machine vibration, summarized the influence law.high frequency for high speed permanent magnet motor, copper loss, iron loss at high frequency,the rotor eddy current loss and rotor surface wind friction loss a lot of heat and cooling difficult problem, more physical fields were analyzed by using experimental and finite element software under the coupling of the temperature field distribution of permanent magnet motor. Verify the rationality of the design of the generator cooling system.For 315 kw, 16500 r/min, mechanical properties test, temperature field of the high-speed permanent magnet motor test and so on comprehensive performance test, can very good in this paper,theoretical analysis and design method is proved to be correct.
