Combined with the scientific research item’the construction of aircraft ground power supply’made by Aviation Techno-safeguard Branch of the Navy’s equip department, the paper discusses the design and study of the integrative testing system of the aircraft ground power supply based on the item’s test and fault diagnosis system.By analysis of the aircraft ground power supply’s performance indexes in the GJB1910-94, the paper establishes integrated design plan of the design and study of the integrative testing system of the aircraft ground power supply based on virtual device; then according to the GJB 1910-94, key points such as waveform analysis, modulation, phase difference are espe-cially studied. Then a set of test program modules based on data acquisition, data acquisition model, parameter computing method, test analysis programming, program debug, on site testing and metrological verification are done.Test system hardware adopts IPC-610-H, non-integration intelligence sensor system. Hardware such as sensors, signal conditioning card, PCI bus card use bulk article. Test sys-tem software adopts C++Builder programming in the Windows, and analytic program and human-machine interface are also written in C++ Builder. Data sampling program adopts collection program module in the data acquisition unit. All programs are written in the mod-ular structure. Each subentry index test has a independent module, which can be used inde-pendently and connected into a unit so it is easy to luxuriate into automatic test system. Fi-nally, the concept of fault diagnosis, content, development and research methods to do a brief introduction, given fuzzy theory, neural networks, neural networks and fuzzy know-ledge, analysis of the RBF fuzzy neural network constituted of the fault diagnosisexpert sys-tem for the profile and gives examples of fault diagnosis.
