| The research on responsibility of supply chains of the HXD3D locomotive as a basement for the paper is a kind of recreation model result, which take up the most parts among the China railway. The most parts of the kind of locomotive are changing for local content requires, however, not all technologies are finished perfectly. The course in changing influences the supply chain deeply, including management, service and market. And the elements of the supply chain are belong to uncertainty parameters, which define the supply chain uncertainty. It is necessary to optimize the research on responsibility of supply chains of the HXD3D locomotive, which can make it much vitality and much development prospect, according to the Monte Carlo Method, includes the reliability analysis, the design of HXD3D locomotive supply chain structure system, and the reliability optimization.Based on reliability analysis, the research gets the results from following three parts:At first, the reliability analysis of the supply chain based on HXD3 is finished. The basic equations and calculation method of reliability design are gotten, which are based on the basic principle of probability reliability. Then the reliability, sensitivity and the failure probability equations and the intrinsic relation are analyzed, the Monte Carlo numerical simulation method is introduced, and the basic steps of Monte Carlo numerical simulation method are explained.Secondly, complete the design of HXD3D locomotive supply chain structure system. According to the characteristics of HXD3D railway locomotive, based on the basic principle of reliability calculation, the calculation method of the previous research scholars combine with the relationship between supply and demand, the structure of the supply chain of HXD3D locomotive, and the structure relationship of supply chain for reliability calculation is obtained.Thirdly, the reliability optimization of the structure system of the supply chain of HXD3D is completed based on the model of the mathematical model of the supply chain. After completion of the HXD3D locomotive of the supply chain reliability analysis, reliability distribution table, then complete the calculation of the sensitivity of the model, follow by optimization of the individual infrastructure nodes and terminal. At the end of the system, the reliability calculation and optimization design of the system are completed, and the supply chain model of HXD3D is obtained.This paper studies the problems of supply chain relate reliability analysis of HXD3D locomotive, which can help the creation for the supply chain, and according to this method in a wide range of generality, from 92% to 99.5%. and the recreation model is gotten. As the same time, the method for the reliability analysis can be applied and promoted to the research on responsibility of supply chains of machine tools.aircraft and other large machinery products. |
