The theory of layer material crushing is the theoretical basis of modern powder mill. The advantages of horizontal roller mill are: small small floor space,low energy consumption and good crushing effect. Horizontal roller mill will play a very important role on the industrial development in the future. However,on the current domestic situation, the technology of roller mill is mostly monopolized by foreign countries, the domestic development is very slow.Compared with other pulverizer, Horizontal roller mill has the advantages of the smaller space, the lower energy effect and the better grinding effect. With the development of society, energy conservation has became to be the main theme in the future, therefore Horomill roller mill has great market potential for development. Currently Horomill roller mill is almost monopolized by foreign technology, domestic research on Horomill roller mill analysis rarely reported.First of all, through the development of research and development at home and abroad, roller mill structure and working principle for Horomill roller mill development proposed to be solved. Through e rule of layer material crushing theory research and analysis, the advantages of the Horizontal roller mill in the energy efficiency and energy saving are obtained. Based on the preliminary study of the theory of energy consumption, a new energy-particle equation is derived.Secondly, Through the establishment of mathematical model theoretical design study of the key components of the roller mill, the structural parameters are obtained; through the establishment of the mechanical model of the key components of the roller mill, calculated the force and the deformation parameters. According to the compression rebound test, the material properties of the material under different conditions are studied, and the density of the materialis obtained. According to the output, the cylinder rotation parameters are deduced.Finally, the dynamic simulation analysis of the Horomill roller mill is carried out, through the Workbench Ansys simulation software. By analyzing the results,access to relevant data and kinetic key parts of the cylinder tube and life data analysis; Simulation and analysis of the grinding effect of tube roller mill by EDEM software. By affecting the structure, the volume of feed and speed on the grinding effect of the analysis, the influence of the related data are obtained.Through the research of the equation of grinding theory and granularity,summarized the factors that affect horizontal roller mill crushing effect, and according to the theory of crushing energy and granularity equation new equation is deduced, through EDEM software to verify this influence factors. According to the structure of cone roller mill to establish related model to calculate the structural parameters and stress, and through the Ansys Workbench software simulation analysis is made on the result of the calculation results of the stress strain and fatigue life analysis results, verify the theoretical calculation.
