With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the machining accuracy of machine tool parts processing is more and more important significance. So we must constantly improve the static performance, dynamic performance of machine tool. Using the new material to make machine tool components for improving the machine is an effective way. This paper studies the basalt fiber reinforced resin concrete (BFPC) this new type of composite materials manufacturing machine tool base pieces of related issues, the main contents are as follows:(1) Refer to the early stage of the steel fiber reinforced resin concrete machine foundation design and manufacture of the relevant research experience, and the integrated use of theoretical analysis and experimental research method to determine the best ratio of BFPC for manufacturing machine tool base components and its main mechanical performance parameters.(2) On the one hand, through the theory of damage mechanics to establish the best dosage of BFPC constitutive equation, on the other hand, using the least squares fitting test from the stress-strain curve of the material. Finally, the proposed constitutive equation of stress-strain curve fitting stress-strain curve with the experimental results were analyzed and proved through the theory of damage mechanics to establish the best dosage of BFPC the correctness of the constitutive equation.(3) Taking a CNC milling machine lathe bed as the research prototype, design the foundation BFPC machine tools.(4) Respectively for a prototype machine tool components and the designed BFPC based a static performance and dynamic performance of machine tool modal harmony (response) are analyzed in the finite element simulation, compare the structure, proved by BFPC manufacturing machine tools components in improving the feasibility and advantage of static performance and dynamic performance.As the research content and results for BFPC this new composite material application in machine tool manufacturing industry to provide a theoretical basis. For improving the static performance, dynamic performance of machine tool and improve the quality of machinery manufacturing processing, productivity and automation provides a new way.
