As the main power source of aircraft's inner mechanism, hydraulic systems play the important role. The failure of hydraulic pipeline and the parts connected together is of frequent occurrence because of the existence of resonance, which can cause leakage and even plane accident. According to the statistics, the fatigue failure because of vibration and impacting occupy higher than 40% of the whole failure modes. Dynamic failure of the fluid-solid coupling parts such as pipe and connector has become the main reasons of aircraft faults, so how to control the vibration is the top priority in the process of aircraft design. In this paper the finite element emulation software ANSYS/Workbench is used to study the vibration of pipe and panel structure.Firstly, the theory of liquid-solid coupling is introduced as well as the application of the finite element software-ANSYS/Workbench in this paper.Secondly, pipe and panel structure is modeled with CATIA, and how does CATIA transfer data to ANSYS is introduced in this part, then the model is pre-processed in ANSYS.Thirdly, modal analysis of pipe and panel structure is made with the model module in ANSYS, then a structure optimization is proposed and the improved structure is demonstrated reasonable with the help of the software.Lastly, the model of Transient structure in ANSYS and CFX is connected togetherto simulate the vibration of any point of the pipe and panel structure with the sine impulse load in the pipe.
