Small current grounding operation mode is widely used in domestic and low voltage distribution network. The fault appears among distribution networks, single phase to ground short-circuit in the majority. Such fault current is small and the harmonic interference and other issues, will result in the protection of accuracy is not high, the relay device tripping, malfunction or even cause a wide range grade trip caused by the case of power failure. To avoid this situation, rapid troubleshooting, research single-phase to ground fault line selection in distribution network becomes meaningful.To solve these problems, selection is based on transient component wavelet analysis method, based on the steady-state component of the population amplitude and phase comparison, as well as the active line selection algorithms such as AC signal method several methods of line selection, the use of fuzzy theory for these types of protection results multi-information fusion criterion, in order to improve the protection of accuracy and reliability. According to these algorithms of line selection to analyze simulation model established, it confirmed the multi-criterion algorithm of line selection based on fuzzy theory can effectively achieve the distribution network fault location, reduces the tripping, malfunction.
