Tendons plays an important role in the prestressed concrete structures.Through the prestressing tendons, the beams possess an camber, and then the structure meets the requirements of large span and space. However, the prestress will gradually reduce because of the shrinkage and creep of the concrete, the relaxation of prestressing steel and the construction technology of the prestress. The prestress needs to go through quite a long time to stabilize. From tensioning the steel to the stability of the prestress, the prestressing will gradualy lose. The value of the prestressing lose will effect the use of the structure. In addition, the corrosion of the prestressing tendons will also affect the prestressing. Therefore,in order to make the structure parks healthy,it must do a long-term monitoring to control the variation of prestressing. The project of planning exhibition hall, exhibition hall and the public museum of Fuxin has part of the prestressed structure. It need to monitor the prestressing loss and the deformation of this structure.Specifically including the followings:(1) It describes the process of the monitoring of the prestressing loss, including monitoring equipments, the selection of the targets, and the specific implementation process of monitoring;(2) By analysising the collecting datas of the prestressing loss from tensioning the steel to the seal grout, the variation of the prestressing loss has got.Through the comparation of the one-way and two-way construction of prestressing tendons, the variation of the prestress loss has understood;(3) Measuring the deformation of the beam and the lateral deformation of the cylinder which support the prestressed beams. The results meet the designed requirements.
