Clothes washing is a necessary daily work to every family, with the improvement of people's living quality, the requirements of the washing machine and look forward is also more and more high. But in recent years, intelligent household concept has been overwhelming, complying with the trend of The Times, the washing machine is also developing towards the direction of more intelligent.Based on the FPGA technology and fuzzy neural network(FNN) control and genetic algorithm, we study on the intelligent washing machine control system. Combination the FPGA parallel processing technology with fuzzy, neural network and genetic algorithm, the top-down block design principle is put forward a kind of suitable for FPGA implementation of the design of the intelligent washing machine controller. Main controller by fuzzy controller,neural network learning system and genetic algorithm to optimize system of three parts, through the neural network learning system to provide optimized weight data for fuzzy controller, the neural network learning parameters are optimized by the genetic algorithms. On one hand can improve the accuracy of the control system, on the other hand can speed up the response of the control system, the learning time has been distinctly improved than traditional FNN, and can effectively improve the learning efficiency; Joined in the controller system based on the android mobile phone remote control APP, on the one hand, to meet the needs of remote consumers, on the other hand meet the smart home control development trend.In each sensor for washing clothes after data collection, signal transmission to the FPGA controller, the data into their membership functions respectively and calculate its membership degree in different fuzzy interval, through membership belongs to different fuzzy range found in the rule base of fuzzy matching rules,and get every rule by taking small operation premise, the credibility of the greatest credibility will output all the rules of merger take same different output can be obtained the credibility of the last use gravity method for the fuzzy processing to determine the clothing washing time, intensity, water usage and washing temperature and detergent.By analyzing the various stages of the simulation results we show that the algorithm can not only take this paper to meet the processing speed of conventional real-time requirements, but also have advantages in the control accuracy, has good reliability and robustness.
