As development of the economic,car become more and more popular in our dailylife.It gradually went into the household.The quality requirements are also increasing.On the other hand, due to the rapid development of the domestic manufacturing industry, competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Automobile cab comfort has become one of the five indicators to measure the modern automobile,automotive warning horn bracket as a warning horn connected intermediate medium,in support of electronic speakers, but also the vibration is transmitted to the driving room when the horn sounded. Vibration analysis of the current speaker stand and vibration study is relatively small, mostly just to study the fatigue strength for the stent, in order to pass through the speaker stand to reduce the vibration of the cab, it is necessary to make further study of the stand.In the method of vibration control structures, the passive control cost very low,easy to maintain, despite the damping effect may not be ideal, but that do not require too much investment and easy to maintain speaker stand, using passive control is feasible. Therefore, this paper is to change the shape of the speaker stand, analyze and come up with a damping effect of stent features.Establishmenting four different shapes of speaker stand model,analysis the stand by the finite element analysis,then get its vibration characteristics.Find out the bracket with the best vibration isolation performance,building test equipment, and test the four kinds of speaker stand mounted in front of the beam produced automobile, compared to verify the correctness of the finite element method. In order to identify the characteristics of the stent has a better damping effect.In this paper, transmission of vibration warning horn bracket for the case, and then use of finite element analysis method of combining test warning speaker stand vibration transmission, the car horn warning system is a linear vibration system, foreasier analysis and solving such problems, established by the theory of vibration of a single degree of freedom vibration system, and with the isolation rate is calculated to analyze the effect of vibration isolation performance warning speaker stand parameters in the design when the directional speaker stand.Finally,analyzes the stent surface after adding the vibration characteristics of viscoelastic damping layer material stent, it can effectively reduce the damping layer being added after wide band excitation force displacement response for the future speaker stand damping provides a new program.
