In the exhibition of Asia international logistics technology and transportation system. The experts stressed the importance of warehousing industry in the logistics field. They belive that the market' s demand of storage-intensive will be bigger and bigger. The shelf of shuttle vehicle belongs to the system of storage-intensive. The Rail Guided Vehicle(RGV) shelf with two kinds of ways that is First-Out and Last-Out to enter or out the storage. The storage space utilization rate reached 75%.With the development of the automated warehouse and intensive storage systems, the RGV is coming. Efficient and precise control system guarantee the perfect operation of application and development-intensive storage system. Storaging and handling the materials is becoming an important position. At present, RGV as a mainstream tools of handling material in the warehousing system, It becomes very important to research, analysis and improve the system of the RGV.The thesis is based on the key technologies of programmable logic controller(PLC) control, safety testing, motor control. According to requirements and parameters of the reciprocating RGV operating. At first,Complete the whole design of the control system, Put the PLC controller as the core of the syestem, The photoelectric sensor,limit sensor and temperature sensor as the detecting equipment to help the control system to complete all of the actions on the RGV. The whole system is placed under the wireless network. The smart mobile terminals communicating with the PLC controller by the WIFI module to achieve the control of communication. The battery of rechargeable power lithium provides the control power of the RGV's electrical control system and power supply of the motor. Secondly, The whole control system is divided into two sections of the hardware and software to describe. The hardware part focuses on selection of the specific hardware in the control system. It is includes the software programming of the controller PLC in the part of software. At last, It is based on the algorithm of S-curve acceleration and deceleration. Considering the factor of the weight of the vehicle and the load factor on the basis of the algorithm of S-curve. The S-curve to add and subtract in the simplified method is applied to speed regulation system of RGV to reach the purpose of smooth operation.The RGV which studiing and designing in this thesis has the characteristics of strong expansion of capacity, smooth operation, safey, humanized, The better to complete the operations of the logistics.In this thesis. It introduce the realizing scheme of the control system in the RGV. It includes the parts of the whole scheme, principle of the operating, equipment selection, the flow of the program and the regulation of the speed and other aspects. And based on requirements of the work to introduce the content of the various aspects in detail.
