Regulator valve as the industrial process control system in the detection of instrumentation,control valve,controller,which is one of the three major basic equipment,is the key to the entire automation system of terminal equipment,which is about 70% o f the pneumatic valve control.The control valve is controlled by the output of the control system of remote control signal,automatically change the object of the controlled process in the medium flow,to achieve the purpose of regulating the production process parameters.Control valve is a complex system of gas circuit,circuit and magnetic circuit,due to the late start of China's industrialization and the confidentiality of the core technology,resulting in C hina's regulation valve research is still in a great disadvantage.This thesis presents a systematic modeling method for general purpose pneumatic valve,and proposes a method of parameter identification for MF2D-16 B type pneumatic control valve of Wu Zhong instrument company.The modeling method and parameter identification method for Yama Take AVP200 series positioner are proposed.Although there are some literatures on the model of the control valve at home and abroad,but the complete intelligent locator and the mechanism model of the mechanism are not yet.First,the model of the electronic controller module,EP conversion module,the model of the actuator module and the model of the model are established.The paper presents a complete static E/P conversion curve.The simulation model and the identification method of the parameters in the model are presented.Secondly,the model and design parameters of Simulink type pneumatic valve are established.The parameters of the MF2D-16 B type pneumatic control valve of the instrument company are presented in this paper.The model selection of the friction parameters in the spring valve rod action system is presented.Finally,the design and development of the experimental measurement and control platform,through the design of the time domain and frequency domain experiments verify the accuracy of this paper,the model of the nonlinear study also put forward a verification scheme,and the impact of the accuracy of the model to do a detailed analysis.The research results of this paper provide a complete method for the modeling and identification of intelligent locator and mechanism model,and is also the basis of the regulation valve system diagnosis.It can be a foundation for the study of regulation valve design(mechanical and air path),control valve control system,performance evaluation of control valve,fault diagnosis and so on.
