PC box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs has gradually been the representative of new emerging bridges because of its convenient construction,less disease,excellent aseismic performance.However,the new bridge style also put forward higher technical requirements for engineers.In order to grasp the mechanical characteristics and applicable scope deeply and comprehensively,this paper mainly makes researches from the following aspects:Firstly,it makes the basic theoretical analysis of the mechanics performance of the box girder with corrugated steel web.Secondly,I establish the beam-column elements model and three-dimensional solid model to compare the longitudinal normal stress difference to see the reliability of solid modeling method.Thirdly,based on the solid finite element model,I analyze the torsion and distortion effect of single-box 3-cell box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs under eccentric load,and investigate the effect of diaphragm arrangement on reducing distortion.Besides,this paper explores the effects of different load components on the warping normal stress,shear stress and deflection.Finally,according to the material amount of main indicators,it discusses the economic benefits of PC composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs,and reflects the applicability of construction techniques about this type of bridge.
