Tower petrochemical cooling of the circulating water system is to rely on cooling tower contact cooling and evaporation cooling.The evaporation loss is an important part of the cooling tower water loss,is also the biggest water project.The generation of evaporation loss not only caused great economic losses to the refining factory,at the same time due to the different seasons,such as temperature,humidity,atmospheric pressure,to a certain temperature of circulating water cooling to the technological requirements of the quantity of air required for the return water temperature will be different,the corresponding power consumption of the fan will also change.Therefore,research on the energy consumption of the circulating water device loss,water evaporation loss change rule and water-saving measures is of great practical significance.On the analysis of the cooling tower,on the basis of mass and heat transfer using the average summer weather data and wet air collected by the nature of the fossil power plant circulating water system for tower water loss and energy consumption calculation and analysis.Including: evaporation loss,the wind damage and pollution loss,etc.Different humidity and atmospheric temperature effect the process of water loss of the system analysis.The cooling tower as the main body of the cold end system,in the case of no account of the condenser,the entrance to quantitative analysis of the meteorological parameters,the circulating water,feed water temperature and the water temperature changes due to the evaporation of water loss.The calculation results show that under the condition of constant temperature and atmospheric pressure,with the increase of humidity unit time gradually reduce the evaporation of water.For every 5% below the humidity,evaporation of water is higher humidity 7%-8% more water;In the case of the atmospheric pressure and humidity remain unchanged,with the loss of the inlet air temperature,the evaporation of water and water into the tower gradually increase.Every 2 below the temperature,the evaporation of about 5% ?-6% of the water;In the import air temperature and humidity of the air inlet unchanged,under the condition of water evaporation and decreased with the loss of the inlet air pressure,the tower water decreases with the decreasing of import air pressure.Each inlet air pressure of 0.05 kpa evaporate water more than 8% to 9%.Study laid a theoretical reference for the cooling tower water saving work,put forward the dry desert region different humidity and atmospheric temperature effect the process of water loss of the system,by controlling the inlet air pressure,the guide plate methods such as reducing the loss of cooling tower evaporation loss and pollution of water.
