In response to the call of the national energy conservation and the newly issued air pollutant emission standards, Hebei Matou power plant decides to make low nitrogen Reformation on the existing #9, #10 boilers, reducing denitration costs and improving emission standards.Reformation adopt the new low-nitrogen burners-Stereo-staged low-nitrogen burners of Beijing Guodian long High-Tech Environmental Engineering &Technology Co., Ltd. In order to research the effect of application of the new generation low NO_x burners, This article makes a detailed analysis of the performance and structural features of the new burner,researches the air classification technology and bias combustion technology to achieve low NO_x combustion technology within the burner. This paper makes a diagnostic test and an experimental coal analysis on the Hebei Matou power plant before the reformation, and finds out the basic operating parameters of the boiler, which can reflect the post-Reformation achieving results better. Adopting cold test methods to analysis the aerodynamic field of the boiler after the reformation, and through the thermal state optimal adjustment test to find out the influence of Burner run in actual operation on the amount of nitrogen oxide formation and combustion stability.As a result, we obtain the optimum operating parameters of nitrogen oxide emissions and the best operating conditions of the new burner in practical applications can achieved by the experiment ensuring the stability of the combustion. The conclusion show that its new burner furnace aerodynamic field ratio is more reasonable, suppressing generation of nitrogen oxides at the same time to ensure good combustion pulverized coal boiler efficiency and stability.After the application of the new generation of low-nitrogen burners, the nitrogen oxides emissions on the Unit 10 of Matou power plant reached 460 mg/m3, the emission of NO_x felled 50% ever before; boiler efficiency increase to more than 92% while reducing the cost of denitration and improving the economics of plant operation. At last, The reformation of unit10 won the "2015 Annual Action Blue Sky and technology demonstration project of the capital" title.
