In recent years,the method of texture surface can be significantly improve the tribological properties and has been widely attention of domestic and foreign scholars.It has become one of the current hot research field of tribology.The technology of texture surface is applied to servo-hydraulic cylinder can improve surface lubrication,reduce friction,solve the traditional gap seal eccentric wear and easy failure problem,so as to provide new theory and technology for high speed hydraulic cylinder.To study of surface texture antifriction systematically and find the optimal texture parameters under specific conditions and lubrication conditions,this paper has done the following work:(1)The classical Reynolds equation was used for modeling a single unit surface texture.The finite difference method was used for discreting control equation.The pressure distribution was obtained by surface film over relaxation method.Compared with different textured surface morphology dynamic pressure lubricating properties,the optimal shape is cylindrical texture surface.(2)The cavitation was taken into account the the simulation of texture surface.The hydrodynamic lubrication properties of texture surface was analysized under different depth ration,width ratio,lower Reynolds number.The results showed: the hydrodynamic lubrication properties of the texture surface is the best when the surface texture depth ratio of 0.75 to 0.8,a width ratio of 0.7 to 0.8.The cavitation region and the coefficient of friction of is increasing with the increase of Reynolds number.(3)The average Reynolds equation was used for modeling.The tribological properties of different parameters on the direction of the surface and roughness was studied.The results showed: with the increase in roughness,the carrying capacity and friction of the textured surface are increasing,the friction coefficient of the texture surface decreases with the surface direction increases.(4)The technology of texture surface was taken into account in the cylinder gap seals.The entire gap flow field was simulated to obtain the optimal texture surface.The performance of cylinder texture surface is the best.The leakage of the cylinder gap texture topography formed is minimized. |
