Sprayed FRP reinforcement technology is a new type of reinforcement technology,which sprays the composite mixture high-speed continuously onto the surface of the reinforcing member.At present domestic and international research on sprayed FRP is mainly based on the research of component,the study of the mechanical properties of the material is not enough attention.There is a selection of relatively simple,not enough research system and other issues.Mechanical properties of materials are the basis of its reinforcement capability,directly affect the analysis of strengthened overall.Therefore,to carry out tensile mechanical properties of sprayed FRP factors and tensile mechanical properties of the theoretical analysis is necessary.The paper from the experimental research,finite-element simulation,theoretical analysis to study tensile mechanical properties of sprayed FRP:1.Uniaxial tensile test on the 13 groups of samples,analyze the stress-strain curve,tensile strength,tensile modulus,elongation at break and other tensile mechanical properties.Study on fiber type,resin type,fiber volume fraction,fiber length,specimen thickness and other factors on tensile mechanical properties of sprayed FRP.The results show that: the effect of fiber type and resin type on tensile mechanical properties of sprayed FRP is very obvious;when fiber volume fraction is 20%~25% and fiber length is 40 mm,sprayed FRP can obtain better tensile mechanical properties;tensile mechanical properties of sprayed FRP specimens cannot be effectively enhanced with increase of thickness of specimens,it recommends the use of specimen thickness 4mm.2.Using ANSYS software to establish the finite element model of sprayed FRP,and analyze tensile mechanical property of the material,fiber type,resin type,fiber volume fraction,fiber length,specimen thickness and other factors were analyzed,obtained the similar test results,validated finite element model of rationality and provided some supplementary data.3.On the basis of the uniaxial tensile test and finite element analysis of sprayed FRP,it is proposed that tensile strength and elastic modulus computing model of sprayed FRP,and get stress-strain curve fitting from scatter plot,draw the best sprayed FRP stress-strain fitting equation.
