In contrast to conventional cars,because the electric vehicle power electronic devices greatly increased,and thus poses a complex electromagnetic compatibility problems.Motor drive system is one of the most important sources of electromagnetic interference,this paper aiming motor drive system electromagnetic compatibility problems were related research.the main work is as follows:Firstly,combine with the motor drive system configuration and motor control principle,analyze the generation mechanism of the motor drive systemelectromagnetic interference.Three elements by electromagnetic interference analysis,analysis of the motor drive system conducted interference common mode and differential mode coupling propagation path,and understand the coupling of electromagnetic interference.Secondly,brief introduce the numerical analysismethods of electromagnetic fields,then build conducted interference simulation models of motor drive system in saber environment,including SPWM and SVPWM these two algorithms simulation models,by simulate and compare the two models shows that can be improved the electromagnetic interference of system by changing the control strategy.Thirdly,analysis of the core components of DC/AC IGBT module internal fault,by analyzing the mechanism of bonding wires off and the impact of the IGBT switching process when a fault occurs.It shows that bonding wire failure will cause electromagnetic interference becomes large generated during IGBT moduleswitching process,and then verified by experiment.Finally,build the electric motor drive system conducted interference experiment platform in electromagnetic shielding room,in the frequency range 150kHz-30 MHz,test conducted interference of drive system DC side and motor side,as well as the interference voltage when the motor no-load and load.By contrast simulation and experimental results demonstrate the interference prediction methods described motor drive system conduction correctness and feasibility.And it gives the system electromagnetic interference suppression method.
