Building energy conservation and environmental protection has become an inevitable trend in today's society,our country government related department to energy saving in the field of architecture also introduced a series of policies and practices,in order to promote the growth of the construction industry.The most important in building energy conservation is the use of insulation materials,use of high rate of energy saving heat preservation material,which can effectively realize building energy efficiency.Cement foam insulation heat preservation material as a kind of good quality and competitive prices,has been widely used in the field of building energy efficiency,and also got very good effect.Foamed cement thermal insulation material is a kind of closed hole honeycomb inorganic thermal insulation materials,main characteristic is to form a closed within cement bubble hole,this nature makes foamed cement has the materials of lightweight,heat preservation and heat insulation,sound insulation,fireproof,long service life,green environmental protection and construction is convenient wait for a more advantages.At the same time,its special honeycomb structure and make it has good mechanical properties.Use of ordinary Portland cement foam insulation materials at present stage,the minimum density has reached 350 kg/m after,coefficient of thermal conductivity in between 0.06 ~ 0.07 w/(m k).So it can be in civil and public buildings in areas such as the basement exterior wall,roof and top of the insulation,agreed to also can be used in building energy-saving renovation project,etc.Foamed cement heat preservation material also has some disadvantages,mainly manifested in low intensity and crispy,bibulous rate is higher.Especially in late due to the thermal insulation mortar easy to occur in the practical application of dry shrinkage crack caused by dry wet change repeatedly,so need to be abhorred water treatment;When winter low temperature are prone to damage,arouses accompanies a empty drum,engineering defects such as crack,water seepage,fall off.This topic in the study of super light foamed cement thermal insulation material,through mixing method,using the animal protein foaming,the rapid hardening sulphur aluminate cement,silica fume,diatomite and oxidized graphene for foaming,preparation of bubble cement thermal insulation material.Graphene oxide,used in the experiments for laboratory self-control,discusses that the degree of oxidation,oxidation time of different influence on graphene,it is concluded that the foamed cement heat preservation material best test effect of preparation conditions.Compressive strength,bending machine using laboratory test means such as scanning electron microscope,infrared spectrum analyzer,the mechanical properties,thermal conductivity,dimensional stability,bubble pore structure,micro cracks and a series of performance is analyzed.Study of silica fume modified foamed cement,with the increase of mass fraction silica fume,cement foam substrate dry density decrease significantly;Mechanical performance increases leveled off after;Good dimensional stability change;Bibulous rate is also reduced accordingly.Through the observation of the substrate on microstructure of cement foam matrix pore structure after adding silica fume were analyzed,and to determine the impact on its performance.In the content of silica fume is 20% of the cases,the minimum thermal conductivity of cement foam substrate,mechanical performance is best.And adding inorganic material silica fume to cement foam substrate,the flame retardant properties of cement foam substrate has a certain degree of increase.Coordination silica fume on foaming cement modified diatomite research,with the composite modified diatomite and silica fume,the mechanical properties were higher than that of adding silica fume alone has certain.With diatomite add,foam insulation dry density decreased significantly;Mechanical performance increases leveled off after;Good dimensional stability change;Bibulous rate,but has good good.Diatomite and composite modification of silica fume on foaming has great effect on the performance of thermal conductivity of insulation materials.When the diatomaceous earth content is 10%,silicon ash content is 20%,the minimum thermal conductivity,better than silica fume modified separately.Research of GO modified all the foam insulation materials.First lab homemade graphene oxide,and discuss different oxidation degree and oxidation time on the influence of graphene oxide.Adding different mass fraction of graphene oxide foam thermal insulation material,the test results show that the foam cement performance comparison of thermal conductivity of insulation materials,only adding silica fume,and the best effect is when the mass fraction of 20%,low coefficient of thermal conductivity is 0.0899 w/(m · k);When adding diatomite and silicon ash,the best thermal conductivity is 0.0629 w/(m · k);When continue to join the GO,the best thermal conductivity is 0.056 w/(m · k),heat conduction performance is obviously improved.Comparison on the performances of mechanics: when only adding silica fume,and the best effect is when the mass fraction of 20%,the maximum compressive strength of 0.53 MPa;When adding diatomite and silicon ash,best compressive strength of 0.91 MPa;When to GO out,the compressive strength is 0.99 MPa,mechanical performance is improved significantly.For lightweight foamed cement thermal insulation material,bubble hole and micro cracks directly influences the performance of various properties of material,through the analysis with the increase of silica fume,diatomite,material of uniform bubble hole area,micro cracks are relatively few.And when such as very small amounts of GO,pore structure and micro cracks are well improved.
