With the advancement of urbanization in our country,High-rise buildings and intelligent buildings develop very fast,fire problem is following。The fire emergency light as an integrated fire equipment in the civil residence has become an essential part,and where installs the fire emergency light also needs corridor lights.There are some differences in illumination and power supply mode between the two lights,In the practical engineering application,usually uses the following two ways of control mode:One is to use two sets of completely independent system,complete their own functions.But the investment is very large,make waste of resources,and in a narrow space with two sets of lamps is not beautiful.The second is to use a system complete two functions,can use built-in battery lamps,or use the centralized set of battery power supply,it is called EPS.Because two sets of lamps shares a set of power supply equipment,the power of lamps is according to the demand of the normal lighting,the battery capacity have to increased 10 times,increase investment.In addition,the above two ways both need in fire power monitoring system to monitor the battery voltage,but cannot unified management.And the battery can’t role a play when the fire accident.According to the above problems,this study combines fire emergency lighting with corridor lights,the green lighting and emergency LED lamps are designed to constitute the distributed control system of corridor lighting.The control system consists of a PC(controller)and the lamps with the battery.The lamps contains the single-chip microcomputer control module,data communication between PC and lamps uses CAN bus technology。The system not only has the functions of daily corridor lighting.It also have the function of emergency lighting in the case of abnormal power.The defect of single function is changed for the traditional lighting system to enrich the functions of corridor lighting system effectively.Battery voltage detection device is inserted in the lamps,and the detection information is transmitted to upper computer through CAN bus,so as to achieve the requirements of fire power monitoring and control system.This study according to the requirements of lighting system,the realization of the function、the hardware power consumption、the performance of the system,choose the Micro controller,LED driver chip,infrared sensor and the CAN controller and so on。And design the MCU driver circuit,switch power supply circuit、battery charging circuit,Infrared sensor circuit,voltage acquisition circuit and so on。The software parts are realized for the control system of lower computer and the bus communication of upper and lower computers.With respect to the software parts of lower computer,the microprocessor may process the data acquired by infrared sensor and voltage detection circuit.And according to the upper machine control instruction,using PWM dimming technology to adjust the brightness of the LED lights。Using CAN bus achieve the data and control information transmission between complete upper and lower position machine.The human-computer interaction interface is based on Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 software and Access2013 database,it is convenient for real-time control and monitor the system,improve the work efficiency.The software has database storage,real-time monitoring,remote control,control mode selection,and other functions,it could achieve alarming function in fault condition.It is discovered from the function study on system that the distributed control system scheme proposed in this paper is feasible for the corridor lighting and emergency lamps with built-in battery.The whole system runs stably,meet the design requirements.
