With the increasingly rapid economic growth,global demand for energy is rising steadily.However,our natural resources are all limited and the traditional energy is becoming less and less.So,more attention has been paid to the development and utilization of new energy.Solar energy is an inexhaustible and environmental benign energy,which is one of the most promising energy.The photovoltaic power generation system can convert the widely distributed solar energy into electrical energy directly and make the clean electricity possible.Because that the stand-alone photovoltaic system do not connected to public power grid,so it can not only be applied in mountain and navigation area but also be performed as electrical source in houses and public buildings.So,it is an important research focus in photovoltaic power generation area.In this paper,the author designed a stand-alone photovoltaic system on roof by simulation software PVsyst against a background of special geographical position and environment in Changchun.In the simulation,the optimal combination scheme of photovoltaic support and photovoltaic module is confirmed by selection comparison of equipment.Also,the environmental benefit of the design is analyzed.In this paper,the author put forward a new test scheme based on the limitation analysis of the PV module in stand-alone photovoltaic system.According to the new test scheme,electrical scheme of the stand-alone photovoltaic on roof is improved.Research on the stand-alone photovoltaic system can provide guidance for engineering practice of it.In this paper,the development background and study significance of photovoltaic power generation system are introduced firstly,and then the present research status of it in China and abroad is described.In this paper,the classification of photovoltaic power generation system is introduced,and then PV module,battery,inverter and controller which make up the photovoltaic power generation system are analyzed detailed.In this paper,the design method of stand-alone photovoltaic power generation system is introduced,and then the discipline,influencing factor,equipment selection,lightning protection and electrical grounding in the design process of stand-alone photovoltaic power generation system is analyzed in detail.On that basis,the author designs a stand-alone photovoltaic lighting system for Culture and Sports Center of Jilin Jianzhu University by means of software simulation.During the selection of photovoltaic support,the author proposes three schemes respectively as fixed support,seasonadjustable support and dual axis tracking support.Also,during the selection of photovoltaic module,the author proposes two schemes respectively as monocrystalline silicon module named TS-S310 and polycrystalline silicon module named ECO310S156P-72 which has the same rated power.And then,the author made a comparison of the six combination schemes in aspect of generating capacity and practicability by PVsyst which is professional in area of photovoltaic design.After comparison,season adjustable support and monocrystalline silicon module TS-S310 are chosen for this project and total power generating capacity within 25 years and environment benefit of this project are also analyzed.The simulation result of this project is part of the preliminary work for project construction and it can provide necessary data support for the project construction.On the basis of simulation design,the limitation of IEC61215 which is the official test standard for photovoltaic module is analyzed and a new test scheme is proposed in the paper.The new test scheme advocates that influence factors such as temperature and illumination should be control well so that the new test condition will be more close to the real environment of where the project is located.The author compares the performance difference under the official test standard and the new test condition respectively of two 25 Wp monocrystalline silicon module.In the end,the electrical scheme of Culture and Sports Center project is improved according to the new test scheme,and thus can guarantee the accuracy of the project design and can also provide reference for similar project design in this area.
