The switch cabinet busbar have a great effect on ensure power supply quality, with the development of our country electric power industry, the requirement for the loading capacity, limit value electric power, limit value of temperature, electromagnetic radiation all be improved, which propose the demand for designing new typle of busbar.First of all, for example, rectangle busbar which current load is 2000 A, we use finite element analysis to analyse 2D electromagnetic field, analysis calculates the density of current of model, distribution law of magneic field and electromagneticloss, the computing result of the density of current is 1.89A/m2,which is more lower than national standards and have much allowance.Secondly, when we use the way of sequential coupling, we lead electromagnetic loss as the hot and dense into rectangle busbar temperature-fluid field to analyse and calculate the temperature rise and fluid of switch cabinet, with the help of related subsequent operation, we make sure the proportion of heat loss through convection and heat loss through radiation in very part in the busbar conductor.Since that rectangle busbar consume more materials, has lower current density and bad heat dissipation effect,based on consideration influence of proximity effect and skin effect adequately, we optimize the low current density part in the busbar intermediate section, we add symmetrical I-shaped trough, and design the special buabar in this paper according to this, then we compare the physical quantity of this two kinds of buabar and electromagnetic radiation of them.Finally, based on the analysis of electromagnetic field, we calculate the electromagnetic force of the special busbar, and we do the analysis calculation for the special busbar using this electromagnetic force as load, we study the distribution regularities of three-phase special busbar and switch cabinet quake, and verify the stability of special busbar and switch cabinet.We compare the computing result of every physical field with the national standard, and verify the correctness of computing result, as a result, we get the more real special busbar physical field finally and provide the thinking of designing new kind of busbar.
