Since the reform and opening up,as China’s increasing national prosperity, economic prosperity, our transportation business has entered the era of rapid development. As one of the key transport projects, the construction of the tunnel has been even more rapid. The Tunnel excavation process, due to the limitation of the geological, hydrological and construction technology particularity of the case,Over-break for surrounding rock phenomenon is very common. Now,the problem of over-excavation of rock handling lack of theoretical support in the actual project, mostly based on engineering experience for Oxfam backfill layer,non-standard construction backfill layer to the tunnel project planted a lot of hidden danger, seriously affecting tunnel safety. Therefore, the study of the surrounding rock Over-break backfill layer material engineering parameters is very urgent. This article will produce Interval Analysis into the tunnel engineering, research the Engineering parameters of Tunnels dug backfill layer material,The study also includes the following aspects:(1)Reviewed Overbreak for the tunnel, the tunnel backfill layer material and backfill engineering parameters and tunnel surrounding rock, lining, backfill layer status of the relationship between research, analyzed the problems and proposed engineering theory section backfill layer parameter.(2)The basic theory of interval mathematics;under different levels of surrounding rock tunnel Overbreak statistics, statistics obtained over-excavation of the tunnel;binding normative analysis at different levels of the surrounding rock, tunnel lining, backfill layer and geometrical parameters surrounding rock, lining of physical parameters and proposed lining Internal Force test.(3)The establishment of circular tunnel surrounding rock, lining, backfill layer mechanical model, using the elasticity theory, interval analysis, combined with the boundary conditions and contact conditions deduced model tunnel backfill layer deformation modulus and Poisson’s ratio.Combined with specific engineering cases, analyze the relationship between backfill layer deformation modulus and Poisson’s ratio and stress transfer tunnel, obtained backfill layer deformation modulus and Poisson’s ratio is a tunnel stress transfer important factor.(4)Combined with the previous analysis of surrounding rock tunnel lining, backfill the parameters, the use of finite element software Ansys simulation of stress and deformation of surrounding rock at all levels of the standard two-lane highway tunnel, the tunnel backfill layer analysis and tunnel engineering parameters Lining and the relationship between displacement, the introduction of axial forces as security lining lining failure criterion, the use of interval analysis and regression analysis theory obtained ⅳ、ⅴ surrounding rock under the interval value of the standard two-lane highway tunnel backfill layer deformation modulus,Poisson’s ratio, the calculated results obtained for the design and construction of the future tunnel engineering backfill layer provides guidance.(5)Finite element simplified standard two-lane highway tunnel with the size and radius of the amended law of equivalent radius circular tunnel backfill layer model combined with engineering parameters calculated ⅳ 、 ⅴ Grade Rock lower level tunnel backfill layer deformation modulus value range. The backfill layer engineering parameters calculated results and the results of the finite element method comparison, the results found that the overall results are consistent with theoretical calculation and finite element numerical method to verify the correctness of the theoretical model for the future Tunnel backfill material engineering parameters selection It provides a theoretical basis.
