With the expansion and development of urban size, polycentric urban development pattern depended disperses the urban traffic pressure more than to the heart, and to a great extent, alleviate the urban traffic pressure, safeguard the city's expansion and development, and thus gradually become a general trend of urban development pattern. However, with the development of traffic and city groups, each group of rivers, mountains and erosion of natural barrier has been broken, such as urban groups on the surface of the center appears to large area of congestion. At the same time, with common of urban land development process speeding up, the rapid development of city construction, the group network, such as transportation infrastructure cannot meet the increasing traffic demand, road network traffic load bearing capacity, the urban traffic system on hold their stable development is facing great pressure and challenge.
