The Design Of The Projectile Surface Pressure Data Acquisition System Based On Single Chip Microcomputer

In the course of the development of the projectile, the projectile surface pressure accurately measure have great significance for projectile flight control and structure design. And because of the integrated circuit chip have some characteristics such as small volume, low power consumption, low cost, simple structure and so on.So it is widely used in the development of modern weapon.On the basis of existing research, this paper proposes a projectile surface pressure measurement method and the corresponding test system is designed. Based on the C8051F380 single chip microcomputer and a sheet of miniature pressure sensor, the projectile surface pressure test system was built. At the same time, the hardware circuit was set up and the corresponding software program was written. The system structure is simple and easy to use.It can be used for the gas pressure test of the projectile surface.The hardware part of the projectile surface pressure data acquisition system based on single chip microcomputer mainly include two parts :one is Regulate circuit and the other is C8051F380 data acquisition circuit. The signal conditioning circuit is mainly used to filter the noise signal in the Air pressure of the sensor output.At the same time, the other role is to amplificate the signal after filter to satisfy the MCU,s requirement of acquisition. The C8051F380 single-chip microcomputer data acquisition circuit mainly include the AD circuit, data storage circuit and output circuit and so on.The system mainly used for the AD conversion of the output signal, and the converted pressure data will be stored. Then the data that be collected by the single chip microcomputer through a serial port to the PC and through the PC software Process the data.At last, the experiment are texted,in which the actual pressure signal is considered as the system input.At the same time, the experiment result show that the system can collect the air pressure data. In the future it can be used to play the projectile surface pressure test system development work.
