Tunneling Boring Machine which is also called TBM, is a critical infrastructure equipment for mechanized construction of long tunnel under the high intensity level of surrounding rock. In recent years, more and more take TBM tunneling construction methods, widely used in the construction of national key construction diversion and railway. Under the complex geological conditions,TBM rock breaking process is a complex, dynamic and uncertain nonlinear process, making accurate prediction of the performance of the core issues driving has become its selection, design and construction. Therefore, we conducted in-depth research on the key issue of TBM performance prediction, improve TBM performance prediction accuracy, precision, and geology adaptability. The main research work includes the following three aspects:Study presents TBM tunneling construction wall rock may Classification predictive models. In this paper, Lan-Yu Railway West-Qinling Tunnel project as the background, the scene actually get a lot of boring driving test data, based on the field a lot of the actual data, the use of fuzzy clustering theory and methods, and through SPSS, MATLAB, EXCEL and other software these data research and analysis. By Visual C++ programming, the above research to reflect the visual interface forms, build information technology software platform of TBM performance.
