With the increasing urbanization in China, Urban environment is facing great challenges. As a result, the demand for the development of underground space is also increasing. Metro Lines, as an efficient means of transport, are built in many cities. Shield Tunnel Construction will inevitably have effect on soil and buildings nearby. The research on the influence of Shield Tunnel Construction on adjacent soil and pile foundation of bridges or buildings is very important, which was also confirmed by the engineering accident in recent years. In recent years, there are basically three methods on the research of Shield Construction, which are theoretical analysis, numerical analysis, and analysis of field measurement. With the development and popularization of computer technology, numerical analysis method have been widely used in the tunnel and underground engineering research to analyze and predict the influence of tunneling on surrounding soil and buildings. In this paper, soil engineering geological parameters acquired from soil mechanics experiment were applied to numerical analysis. Three typical soil layers were selected to make up nine groups of numerical models. Three groups of one soil layer models and six groups of two soil layers models were involved to analyze the soil deformation rule under different soil conditions. A three-dimensional finite element method is employed to simulate the excavation tunnel to investigate the effects on the deformation of subsoil. The length of the single pile and the distance between pile and the tunnel changed in a certain range. The deformation rule of single pile is summarized. In addition, two engineering projects were simulated to investigate the effects on the deformation and internal forces of subsoil and the existing pile groups. Two kinds of reinforcement measures were also applied to investigate their effect to decrease the deformation and increase the bearing capacity.
