Recent years, offshore wind power obtained rapid development in our country. The capacity and scale of offshore wind turbines is increasing over the days. As a result, their vibration safety problem has becoming increasingly clear. Finding out the vibration source is the key to this problem. Offshore wind turbines set in a complex environment, which contains wind, wave and flow loads. Studies on the vibration characteristics of offshore wind turbines is still insufficient. This makes it more important to find out the vibration source of wind turbines to prevent it from vibration damage. In the mean time, the vortex-induced resonance, which caused by the lateral wind load, also poses a huge hidden trouble to the safety of offshore wind turbines. The accident of wind turbine damage happens from time to time. Therefore, it is very necessary to assess the vibration safety of the offshore wind turbine. Finding out the cause of wind turbine structure vibration, analyzing the horizontal wind load, preventing the vortex-induced resonance from happening, the three of which not only have important research signification, but also give guiding significance and reference value to the safety design of the wind turbine.This subject studies the offshore wind power structure, using the vibration signal processing technology analyzes the turbine vibration signals collected in different wind speeds, rotational speeds and loads. The vibration regularities found out and the vibration source is analyzed. The vibration characteristics of the offshore turbine under lateral wind is analyzed and the vibration safety is evaluated using the numerical simulation.(1) Using the signal processing software, the measured vibration data of variable rotational speed and load condition is processed, in order to analyze the vibration displacement response of different test points and different direction, and find out the structure vibration regularity.(2) EMD method is used to decompose the vibration acceleration signal. The frequency domain is found out and compared with the theoretical frequency calculation. The vibration source is studied, and the sources which cause the structure vibrating along and cross the wind direction are analized.(3) The finite element model of offshore wind turbine is set up. The lateral wind load on turbine tower in different wind speed is calculated and applied to the model. The dynamic response is got through the above analysis. Then the vibration response in typhoon condition and extreme conditions caused by the lateral wind load is calculated and predicted.Based on the prototype measurement, this article analyzes the vibration source of offshore power structure, and studies the vibration response caused by the lateral wind load, to provide technology support for offshore wind power structure safety assessment.
