Research On Intelligent Traffic Management System Based On Data Mining Technology

With the development of urbanization,the car ownership and output are sharply rising in china,and the traffic congestion,air and noise pollution are becoming increasingly aggravated.Thus,many cities began to take a series of measures,such as traffic controls?lottery system and traffic planning adjustment,but the effect is not very ideal.The constituent elements of urban traffic is not single,it is closely related to many factors,for example,land use,environment,housing,economic development.Namely,economic factor can not be ignored in the formation of traffic problems.Therefore,many problems in urban traffic can not be attributed solely to cars,and it can not solve the problem of urban traffic by restricting cars.The requirements should be improved without prejudice to economic development,it is not enough to solve the problem of cars,the decision makers should pay more attention to the intelligent transportation technology.Intelligent technology has opened a new era to solve the traffic congestion.With the development of science and technology,intelligent transportation system(ITS)can meet some application requirements,for example,high time efficiency traffic administrative supervision,the management of traffic enterprises,and public services.The development of intelligent transportation system is deeply studied in this paper,and some problems are analyzed in the field of intelligent traffic data mining based on the data characteristic.Through detailed investigation and analysis,this study focuses on the traffic flow prediction,traffic congestion event mining and traffic flow distribution pattern mining.Firstly,for the problem of traffic flow forecasting,a traffic flow prediction algorithm based on a combined model is presented;Secondly,the efficient algorithm to solve the traffic congestion are put forward by analyzing road traffic flow data,establishing road traffic flow model library,designing traffic flow data algorithm.Then,the road traffic flow space clustering algorithm is designed in order to find the spatial distribution pattern of road traffic flow;Finally,the intelligent traffic management system based on data mining is designed and implemented by applying the above algorithm to the system.
