Aerated concrete block is a common building material,mainly for non-load-bearing walls.Considering the practical situation of aerated concrete block production and resources in Shijiazhuang area,and based on the synergistic effect of different raw materials,we used partial ultra-fine technology,activation and collaborative optimization technology,to develop a key technique for aerated concrete block,and thus to improve product quality,reduce product costs(solid waste content above 85%)and to establish a raw-material-collaborative-optimization based aerated concrete block production conditions and curing regime.First,physical and chemical analysis and pre-processing for raw materials(fly ash,slag and construction waste powder)were made,including conventional chemical composition analysis,XRD analysis and particle size distribution analysis.Through experimental research on samples,the optimum curing temperature and curing time of autoclaved block were determined as 175 ℃& 6h.Mechanical grinding improved low grade fly ash particle size distribution,damaged vitreous smooth and dense Si-O-Si and Si-O-Al structur to promote hydration of active ingredients in fly ash and thus to achieve ultrafine upgradaton of low grade fly ash.We successfully developed a special organic and inorganic compound modifier for steel slag,so that steel slag content in autoclaved aerated block incresed from 10% to 26%.Second,the hydration products,structure and microstructure were studied by using scanning electron microscope for autoclaved specimen.The physical and chemical changes in hydration products of autoclaved block were investigated and hydration mechanism analyzed.Finally,we made industrial experiment in plant.The autoclaved aerated block was tested by Hebei Province Construction Machinery Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station,which conformed to GB / T11968-2006(Autoclaved aerated concrete block)Grade A3.5,B06.
