| Active flow control,the technology of projectile array based on micro bubble actuator is developed.The simulation study on the aerodynamic characteristics and the dynamic characteristics of the projectile with different structures and the number of micro bubbles are carried out.First of all,the choice of silicone rubber is made of micro bubbles.In this process,the working mechanism and the main factors affecting the deformation of the micro bubbles are verified by theoretical and static simulation.The theoretical relationship between deformation displacement and pressure of thin films with different length,width and thickness was studied.The main factors affecting the deformation of micro bubbles were pointed out in the same condition.The model of the head is sensitive to the change of the test factor,which is favorable to the change of the wind speed and the change of the flow pattern under different wind speed.The aerodynamic characteristics of the projectile are the basis of the control of the projectile flight.According to the principle of aerodynamics,the finite element modeling and CFD simulation of the projectile under the action of the micro bubble actuator array are analyzed.Different sizes of micro air bubble actuators are carried out to the flying projectile,and the influence of the flow field around the projectile is different,and it will produce different effects.To achieve control projectile flight stability and accurately hit the target,through the different dimensions of design and array of micro bubble,installed on the surface of the projectile nose cone.This paper to the projectile based analysis in different actuation of the missile’s aerodynamic characteristics,different sizes and quantities of micro gas bubbles of the projectile dynamic characteristics is obtained by projectile in flight the lift coefficient,drag coefficient,yawing moment coefficient varies with the angle of attack and Mach number.So that the surface layer of the missile body is used to separate the air flow in order to control the stability and flight of the flying projectile.In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the projectile flying in the control of the micro bubble,the flight of the projectile is better.According to the theoretical support of the projectile rigid body trajectory equations and the aerodynamic characteristics of the projectile,the simulation platform of Adams is used to simulate the trajectory of the projectile.Obtained micro bubble dynamics of spinning projectile and fin stabilized projectile impact,and analyzes the different time control of the micro bubble of spinning projectile ballistic transverse and longitudinal deviation correction ability. |
