And application of hydraulic climbing formwork during the construction of a high-rise building with convenient operation, high safety, saving materials, shorten the construction period and other advantages, gives its strong promotion and widespread application.Hydraulic climbing formwork technology is the use of hydraulic oil cylinder jack-up device makes the template can climb on the wall.In the construction process, it has lots of advantages, for example simple operation, fast speed and high security. Obviously, in the two aspects of saving construction cost and speed up the construction progress, it has obvious advantages.Hydraulic climbing formwork technology is a new technology of content which belongs to the ministry of construction issued. This shows the importance of the technology of hydraulic climbing formwork. To sum up, the study of hydraulic climbing formwork technology is the trend of The Times and imperative.This paper attached to hydraulic climbing formwork technology research subject of a central tower project in Anhui.Aim at the design and construction of Core tube hydraulic climbing formwork system to discuss and study.Combined with center tower project engineering to study the hydraulic climbing formwork system applied to this project.The main research analysis to the structure of hydraulic climbing formwork system composition, system parameters and system construction, and elaborate hydraulic climbing formwork ascending principle, technological process and the advantages of hydraulic climbing formwork.As well as to the construction characteristics, construction scheme of the core barrel, climbing mould device of flight arrangement, etc are analyzed.Strictly in accordance with relevant provisions of the relevant specifications of hydraulic climbing formwork to simulate and analyze the hydraulic climbing formwork in the construction state, the state to climb and shutdown state finite element, in order to validate the hydraulic climbing formwork structure strength, stiffness, stability and security.At last,by comparing the calculated results with the specification, we can come to the conclusion that calculation results conform to the requirements of the specification and meet the conditions required for normal use,by calculation,to climb the structure of the template frame roads and node analysis,recommendations for structural improvements.By combining the construction process of this project, I study and analyze the main construction scheme of the hydraulic climbing formwork, meanwhile, analyze the installation of the hydraulic climbing formwork, climb, and dismantled stage. I also make some research about the construction, the construction method of variable cross-section and survey control action aimed at the lag of level structure.In actual construction, it’s very important for the safety control of hydraulic climbing formwork operation. In this paper, combined with the actual situation of the engineering construction, aiming at the problems in the construction process, analyze the security problems and safety concerns in each construction stage and put forward targeted safety control measures, identify and evaluate hazards and put forward the prevention and solution measures.Finally, Through the study of a central tower in Anhui engineering design and construction of hydraulic climbing formwork technology research, I hope the results and conclusions can provide some reference value and experience for future related engineering. |
