The constructional column can strengthen the connection between the vertical and horizontal wall,and improve the shear capacity and integrity of the building wall.Through controlling the construction of the structural column,the integrity of the brick wall is improved,the crack of the wall is constrained,the development of the crack is limited,the collapse time of the building is delayed or prevented,the seismic performance of the building is significantly enhanced.With the development of society and economy,the traditional construction technology of constructional column concrete may cause the strength and appearance of the constructional column is not up to the prescribed requirements,due to various factors in the construction process,the quality of the constructional columns are not effectively controlled,weakened the ability of the constructional columns ensure overall stability of filled wall and the effect of preventing filled wall to crack,left quality problems to the buildings,reduced the safety performance of the buildings,moreover in the construction process of noise has become an urgent problem.To this end,a new construction process is proposed by the research of tip-elevating pump-delivering self-compacting concrete for filled walls constructional column.Firstly,self-compacting concrete are introduced on this research,detailed explain the self compacting concrete benefits,raw material,mix ratio and construction key technologies etc.,the main influenced factors of the lateral pressure of the template were studied,the tip-elevating pump-delivering technology is introduced,which provides a theoretical basis for the tip-elevating pump-delivering self-compacting concrete.Secondly,the traditional construction process of constructional column concrete is introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of traditional process are analyzed;then put forward the technique of tip-elevating pump-delivering self-compacting concrete for "?" type of filled wall constructional column,expounds the advantages and disadvantages of this technology;and then through the project of Bengbu financial center "?" type filled wall constructional column of the China MCC17 Group CO.,LTD as the research object,using our current implementation of the specification for the force calculation on the template system,using finite element analysis software ANSYS for simulation of stress condition of template system in construction process,obtain the simulation pouring template stress nephogram and concrete velocity nephogram?turbulent kinetic energy nephogram,the force condition of the actual pouring process template were real-time monitoring,detailed collated and analysed the monitoring results,and comparative analysed the monitoring results and numerical simulation results,the analysis results show that the measured results are in agreement with the numerical simulation results.Finally,on the basis of " ?" type constructional column template system force simulation and measured,using finite element analysis software ANSYS for simulation of stress condition of "?","L" and "T" type constructional column template system in construction process,obtain corresponding template stress nephogram and concrete velocity nephogram?turbulent kinetic energy nephogram,provide a scientific and effective guarantee for the common type of constructional column tip-elevating pump-delivering self-compacting concrete.Through research and analysis: the technique of tip-elevating pump-delivering speed up the construction progress,reduce the construction cost,moreover save the labor,reduce the labor intensity,the used template system can be reusable,installed and disassembled conveniently,no vibration noise,in line with the requirements of the countries in the development of green construction;concrete cast compacted,meet the concrete strength?stiffness and stability requirements,realize the constructional column with the wall and frame beam reliable connection,cause the bricking up structure formed stable by force as a whole,enhance the seismic performance of the buildings.When Tip-elevating pump-delivering self-compacting concrete,due to the self-compacting concrete of high liquidity,tip-elevating pump-delivering has great impact force,the template lateral pressure is larger than that of the traditional process in pouring process,especially elbow into the feed inlet to the beam bottom formwork place,which requires to take effective measures to control in practical engineering and ensure the safety and reliability of the template system.The above process can provide a new way for the construction of the two structure filled wall constructional column concrete.
