The research of Intelligent Decision ﹣ making System of Vessel Collision Avoidance has been a hot and important area in Intelligent Navigation,especially the multi﹣target collision problem.Ship collision accident will not only cause huge economic losses,but also damage the environment.The research and application of the ship intelligent collision avoidance system aided multi﹣targets can relieve the labor intensity of the crew,it can also reduce collision accidents caused by human factors,to a certain extent,it will ensure the safe navigation of the ship and protect the aquatic ecological environment.This paper relies on the laboratory task “Research and application of the key technology of marine driving digital simulation based on multi information fusion”,combining ship driving,collision avoidance theory and related computer technology,taking multi-type of ship model as the research object,using the principle of velocity vector,deeply analyses the risk of collision and multi ﹣ship collision avoidance problem and carries out the simulation experiment on the electronic chart under the support of ship driving digital simulation platform.The ship driving digital simulation platform can provide AIS,GPS,radar and other information.On this basis,the paper gets the information about the obstacles surrounding the vessel through electronic chart and information fusion technology,and takes it as the basic data of multi ﹣objective collision avoidance.Based on the research of risk assessment method of ship collision,according to collision regulation and usual practice in driving,it selects TCPA,DCPA,and the angle that goals will encounter as indexes,and establishes the evaluation model of ship collision risk to comprehensive evaluate collision risk combining with the principle of velocity vector.In the case of ship motion model,it proposes steering collision avoidance scheme using the principle of velocity vector,and carries out simulation experiments by PID automatic rudder.At last,under the support of the digital simulation platform of ship driving,simulation experiment is carried out in the electronic chart environment,and then the effectiveness of basic data acquisition,the rationality of collision risk assessment and the feasibility of the scheme of collision avoidance steering are verified,it provides a reference to multi ﹣ target ship collision avoidance.Meanwhile,the information interactions all ues standard AIS,GPS statements and so on,which offers the possibility of application in a real ship. |
