Study On The Prereaction Of Unsafe Behavior In Building Construction And The Impact Index Of Psychological Load

With the development of China's construction industry development and progress,the safety of construction project is also more and more national attention and concern.The construction industry for a long time has been part of China's industrial production of high risk industry,according to the statistics of the State Administration of safety production figures show that annual accident rate continues to rise,especially the accident of construction industry in our country started 2012 death toll has exceeded the coal industry,become the death of the largest number of high-risk industries.In 2014 the State Ministry of housing and urban rural construction to carry out safety production management activities for a period of two years,the construction industry has been the high incidence of accidents is reduced.According to relevant statistics show that,construction of industrial accidents have 80% is caused by the unsafe behavior of human.Therefore,effective reduction and prevention of high accident rate is building industry needs to solve a difficult problem.However,for the study of unsafe behavior can not influence the majority of scholars in front of reaction will focus on unsafe behavior,in the engineering field is a blind spot of research.Therefore,unsafe behavior of the construction workers pre reaction in psychological factors to consider accident behind the source,use of mental workload evaluation method,preparation of mental workload measurement scale,the psychological status of the analysis and research of the construction workers unsafe behavior,in order to achieve reduce accidents.First of all,through the method of literature review,in previous studies based on comprehensive analysis of the construction of unsafe behavior mechanism,influence factors,feature classification,unsafe behavior,measurement method etc.,combined with the actual situation of China's construction industry and the characteristics of the professional,that environmental factors,working conditions,management factors and social factors,the paper presents a thorough study of the building unsafe acts as the foundation factors of unsafe behavior of construction workers.Secondly,effects of mental workload focuses on unsafe behavior of pre reaction on behavior of construction workers,through the method of psychology load evaluation,combined with the characteristics of the construction industry's own analysis of the construction workers psychological characteristics have unsafe behavior;using the related knowledge of behavioral psychology,compilation of mental workload measurement scale,the fatigue degree,degree of luck the degree of fatigue,and task difficulty and performance incentives as the evaluation of mental workload indicators,based on the research of Tianjin is a well-known construction company of the front-line workers,on-site questionnaire survey,using SPSS17.0 software to test the social statistics,reliability and validity,through the analysis and verification of mathematical statistics,to ensure the reliability and validity of the experimental results.Finally,according to the construction workers psychological load table test results,the integrated use of physiological,psychology and safety behavior,safety management science theory and research methods,for the unsafe behavior of construction workers proposed conforms to the actual operation of the behavior modification plan,all-round,the whole process supervision and control the occurrence of unsafe behavior,so the scientific and effectively control the possibility of accident,provides a reference basis for the follow-up study.
