With the gradual completion of the highway network construction, the govrnment started to increase investment in inland waterway construction and renovation from the beginning of the "eleven fiveplan”.The design of crossing bridge usually choose tied arch bridge which was more economical and assembly on the bracket which was more mature in the inland waterway regulation.But most of these bridges built in the navigation conditions, the construction affected by many factors such as Channel linear, buildings on both river sides, rods and wires crossing the river,obstacles under water, the ship’s size and traffic.So the key point of inland waterway crossing bridge construction is how to solve the contradiction between the bracket and the navigable water requirements.This project, taking Li Gong Bridge in Shen Zhang-line waterway as an example,introduced how to improve the bracket which was commonly used in the construction of prefabricated assembly and how to control the construction process which was assembled with simple bracket under the condition of natural river bank,navigation requirements,structure segmentation,etc.The research methods of the project used are: survey research; experimental research; model analysis method and so on. From reading a lot of references, visiting the similar bridge construction site, seeking advice from experts, I got a lot of theoretical and practical experience to support the bracket program of this bridge before the implementation of this project. Li Gong Bridge is a typical reinforced concrete tied arch bridge, I effectively controlled the whole process of bridge construction from making model of the bridge and bracket, transform prognosticate,dynamic and static load test.The methods of deformation prediction process monitoring and bridge detection used in this study finally made the judgment of the bridge quality, reasonable construction scheme and effective control points. Under the condition of natural river bank, navigation requirements, structure segmentation, etc, the asymmetric combination bracket program and the method ofcontrolling the whole process of bridge construction provide a technical reference for the bridge construction under the similar conditions in future.
