Shield tunneling has become one of the main technology of subway construction at home and abroad,but the surface subsidence caused by construction is inevitable in shield construction,when the settlement is too large,it will endanger the safety of the surrounding buildings,causing significant economic losses.So it is very important to study the surface subsidence and construction method of subway shield construction.Based on the specific engineering geological and hydrological conditions of Changchun Metro Line,theoretical analysis on the factors of the construction of the ground surface settlement caused by the shield in the subway,and using FLAC3 D finite difference software to establish a three-dimensional model for data analysis,discuss the influence of the super dig on the shield construction in the local area,the following contents are obtained by analyzing the data:Shield excavation has certain effects on the surrounding buildings,but its effect is closely related with the overexcavation quantity.Using FLAC3 D to simulate the settlement value of ramp on the first time of the tunnel excavation 3.6m,compared with the numerical value of the settlement of the ramp of the 3.6m in a practical project,both the data difference is 1mm,thus it is feasible to use the software to simulate the shield construction.Tunneling over the use of the one-time excavation distance to represent the shield tunneling.Using software to simulate the distance of 4.8m,6m,7.2m and so on,it is concluded that the maximum value of the settlement of the ramp is-11.2mm,-17.8mm and-26.8mm in the case of shield tunneling,and pavement control value for-18 mm.Analysis of the data shows that in a certain amount of the impact of the settlement of the surrounding buildings is allowed,but too much of the damage to the surrounding adjacent damage.By comparing the software simulation and the actual construction data,it is concluded that the shield tunneling under certain conditions in the Changchun area is feasible,but it is necessary to strictly control the.
