Since modern times,researchers have made a lot of research on steel frame.Mostly it concentrated in the steel frame beam column joints and steel mechanical properties.But on the steel frame as a whole by the less force performance,in the design and application of the actual also largely ignored the filled in the frame wallboard on the structure system with,this with steel frame of the actual stress state have certain difference.With steel frame structure in high-rise building areas are widely used,on the steel frame structure for a thorough mechanical properties analysis,has very important theoretical significance and has certain engineering application value.he main research contents of this paper: in steel frame through the connecting piece embedded steel fiber multi ribbed wallboard,horizontal low cyclic load is applied,the wall itself stress performance,framework and architecture of the overall performance of deformation.Analysis of steel fiber concrete dense rib wall plate on the structural strength,stiffness,energy dissipation effect.This experiment as a filler wall of composite wallboard is made of the ordinary concrete as the "skeleton" and "texture" of steel fiber reinforced concrete,foam concrete as "visceral" prefabricated and into the wall.The wall compared with the traditional wall,the mechanical properties have greatly improved,its combination with the steel frame,can play a complementary role.The main contents of this experiment: firstly,7 block size for 800 x 600 x 100 of steel fiber reinforced concrete multi ribbed wallboard production;secondly,the material for mechanical properties testing,such as steel standard tensile test,ordinary concrete,steel fiber concrete axial compressive strength test,steel fiber reinforced concrete elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio test;thirdly,to design and make two single story and single span full-scale steel frame;thirdly,embedded the wallboards in one of the framework,to test it and the rest of the empty frame in pseudo static,then obtained test results.At last,from the test we analysis the phenomena and mechanical properties by contrast.Wall structure has great influence on the seismic performance of steel framework.To combine with the research results of previous literature,we can find that different filling walls has different influence on the structure.The addition of steel fiber reinforced concrete composite wall can be increase different degrees of the structure,such as,wall bearing capacity,strength and ductility.This has greatly conductive to the seismic structure and the energy dissipation capacity enhanced59.8% than empty framework.A as a large,to analysis whole performance of steel frame with filler wall,make clear the working state of the structure,analysis two structures how to work together in the process is helpful to understand the contribution of wall to the structure.This has important theoretical significance for the design and application of this type of structural system.Under the background of promoting the development of assembly type steel structure in our country,to analysis deeply about the working mechanism of the frame structure with filling wall is a prerequisite for the application of steel structure in Multi-storey and high rise buildings.Steel fiber reinforced concrete multi-ribbed wall,as a kind of composite wall plates,it can be used in the steel structure with high strength,good ductility,economic and promote the development of assembly type steel Structure,it is also a good way in line with the construction industrialization and standardization.
