Carbon steel as structural members in civil engineering is widely used,but its poor of corrosion resistance,durability and fire resistance,the structure of late maintenance costs too high a certain extent restricts the steel structure is more widely used.And stainless steel material with high corrosion resistance,durability,fire resistance,easy maintenance and beautiful appearance,etc.multiple properties,its have a large extent make up the defect of the carbon steel,to bring its broad application prospect.Foreign scholars have studied the structure of stainless steel and have put forward the corresponding design specifications,and the research at home has just started,and the research results are still few.Therefore,this paper will study the shear connection of stainless steel bolt.Research work mainly for the national standard of stainless steel bolt connection design method comparison,stainless steel material constitutive relationship,stainless steel plate bolt shear connection performance and shear connection sheet out of plane warping in four aspects,the specific content as follows:(1)China's "technical specifications of stainless steel structure" CECS 410:2015 and Design of Steel Structures.Part 1-4:General-Supplementary Rules for Stainless Steels of EN 1993-1-4:2006,Specification for the Design of Coldformed Stainless Steel Structural Members of SEI/ASC E 08-82:2002,Japan the stainless steel build ing structure design standard of JIS G4321:2000 connection plate of the bearing force,net section bearing capacity and punching shear bearing capacity,bolt shear,friction type bolts tensile and tensile anti shear combined force bearing capacity and relates to a bolt connection parts are compared and analyzed.(2)To test the tensile properties of stainless steel materials S30408,according to the test result of common stainless steel constitutive model parameter fitt ing,and the fitt ing constitutive are compared.In addit ion,the use of the constitutive model of material test finite element model is established and analyzed.The results show that the stress-strain relation for this stainless steel material is not linear and that the values of R-O equations is larger than the experimental results,the experimental values are in good agreement with the model like Rasmussen model,G-N model and Q uach model,and the error is small.Fina lly,we recommend that the test results will be converted into rea l material stress-strain applied to the finite element software simulation analys is.(3)Using stainless steel plate S30408,stainless steel S304 and bolt A70 with double shear connection,consider the end distance,edge distance and the thickness of the co ver,design ten different parameters of the specimen,and the bolt shear tensile test.The ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyze and compare with the test results to ensure the correctness and feasibilit y of the numerical simulation parameters.Is adopted to validate the finite ele ment model of double shear connection parameter study,consider six different end distance and the plate thickness ratio,seven different edge and plate thick than design 42 different parameter finite element specimen,numerical analysis,draw the force displacement curve of each specimen.According to the deformation criterion to determine the 42 specimens of bearing capacity using MATLAB consider end distance and bolt diameter ratio and edge and bolt diameter ratio of plate pressure carrying capacity design formulas are fitted,and the design formula and Eurocode compared.It was found that European specification too conservative than the fitting formula of more than 30%.(4)The out of plane curling happening in the stainless steel bolt joint were studied based on experiment and finite element simulation,and found that curling occurs only in the plate thickness is less than 4mm,so the proposed thickness with 4mm as the dividing line,more than 4mm as thick plate,less than 4mm as thin palte,for thick plate,curling this does not happen,but easy to thin plate,in order to consider the bearing capacity reduction or not;if consider the reduction of bearing capacity reduction value is in the range of 20%~40%;the condit ion of thin plates is occurred curling when end distance greater and plate becomes thinner and more easily to achieve this so that we need to draw attention in the design.
