China has basically entered the industrialization in the middle and late stages, along with the rising level of industrialization. The problem of vehicle overweight and fatigue of roads and bridges is gradually becoming the focus of the current vehicle load research, which led by Industrial development. Accordingly, we obtain the tail model of overweight vehicles and standard fatigue vehicle load model, based on vehicle load data of Jing-Zhu higjway, Yu-Zhan highway and Yue-Gan highway.These will bring some reference to the management of overweight vehicles and perfection of the current fatigue codes. Do the following research:First of all, analyze more than 3,500 thousand vehicle load gained by Weight In Motion(WIM). Respectively classified by total weight, axle load, wheelbase, analyzed the Overweight vehicle, described the characteristics of their vehicles load, reflected the current condition of operating vehicle loads, based on measured data of the highway.Then, adopt peaks over threshold model of the extreme value theory and maximum likelihood estimation, obtain the overweight vehicle distribution function tail of the three type of axle vehicle, integrate them and obtain the overweight vehicle distribution function tail, which based on the three highway of overweight loads. From this, predict the extreme vehicle loads at any return period, obtain a mathematical description of operating vehicle load variation in middle and late industrialized regions.Finally, adopt equivalent principle of damage, extract two standard fatigue vehicle model, which based on the composition of operating the vehicle. The portfolio mode has a better suitability to bridge fatigue damage when compared with with the type of code fatigue load model II and fatigue load model III. Finally confirmed the portfolio fatigue vehicle model considered the growth change of fatigue load as the suggested standard fatigue load models of this paper.
