| As an important new engineering seismic method to improve structural safety, seismic isolation technology has received the recognition from the engineering seismic research theory and engineering practice.Currently,the structural designers and owners doubt economical rationality of isolated structures,the relation of isolation technology to the economy is still the main factor which hindering the development of the seismic isolation.At the same time, the Chinese government attaches great importance to the earthquake insurance system.However,there is no related research about earthquake insurance of isolated structures at home.The response of isolated structures under earthquake is different from the traditional seismic structures,so,it is necessary to research and analyze..he earthquake insurance rates of the isolated structures under different design in order to promote the development of social earthquake prevention and disaster relief and necessary work of perfecting our country’s earthquake insurance system.This paper takes the low-rise reinforced concrete frame structures as the research object, aiming to complete structural seismic fragility analysis,assess earthquake economic losses of structural and set the earthquake insurance rates of isolated structures.Detail as follows:1.The seismic fragility analysis of isolated structures: Typical low-rise reinforced concrete frame structures was the research object.Perform-3D software was applicated to establish the structural model,isolated structural model and the structural model which was reduced the intensity.Considering the random-ness of structural materials and earthquake,nonlinear analysis for each sample which is generated by the Latin hypercube sampling method.Then the seismic fragility curves of three models are regressively analyzed by using the damage indexes of structure and the isolation bearing.2.The life-cycle cost analysis of isolated structures: According to the research of the seismic risk analysis theory, the seismic hazard curve is given.Combined structural fragilityanalysis this paper complete the study of earthquake damage probability of the three structural model.Structural earthquake economic losses calculation method is used to calculated the economic losses of structural total life-cycle period.Finally, the total life-cycle cost of isolated structures is completed.And the total life-cycle cost is used to assess the economy of the isolated structures.3.Earthquake insurance rates of isolated structures: The status and the pricing principle of earthquake insurance rates are summarized,then the occurring probability of each intensity earthquakes every year are calculated according to the seismic risk analysis.Evaluated of earthquake losses of each structural model according to the structures seismic fragility analysis results.At last,the earthquake insurance rate of each structures is calculated and analyzed. |
