| With the accelerating modernization and population increase, the available land of the city sharply reduced and the human survival space began to expand into underground and high altitude. The rail transit is not only an important part of modern life but also the outcome of a variety of modern sciences. The excavation engineering is usually in the complex urban environments. The surrounding environment is relatively complicated, with buildings, underground pipelines and the viaduct jagged, so the construction conditions are harsh and demand higher construction technology. The method, Cut and Cover, because of its simple construction and low cost becomes the main construction method of the excavation engineering, but when the excavation is began with the loading unloading effect of solid, the surrounding environment will be affected and the building might experience displacement and settlement. When the surrounding solid has a certain degree change, it will cause a large deformation to the excavation and surrounding buildings.Based on the background of the excavation of Hefei subway station and combining with the relevant theoretical research and engineering examples of excavation engineering, referring to the former research achievements, we settled the third party monitoring data during the excavation in this paper and make analysis and comparison, then applied the finite element software MIDAS/GTS to simulate the influence on surrounding environment of the excavation process and simulated the impact on the surrounding environment under different conditions by changing the construction conditions and material properties. The main content of this paper includes the following aspects:(1) To summarize the related research about the influence of excavation on the surrounding environment at home and abroad and expounds the related theory research problems and the direction of our country(2) To introduce the general situation and the surrounding environment of excavation engineering and expounds the influence mechanism of excavation on the surrounding environment.(3) To introduce the related applications of the analysis software MID AS/GTS and how to choose constitutive model in a simulation project, through relevant specification to simply the model for easier calculation.(4) To simulate the building deformation in the construction process when the excavation retaining structure is changed and analysis the influence of excavation on surrounding buildings under different retaining structures. |
