Research Into New Countryside Residential Mode Design Under The Background Of Urbanization

Urbanization is an important symbol of modernization for a country.China has now entered a decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society,and is now in the important period of economic transformation and upgrading as well as acceleration of the socialist modernization.We are also at a crucial stage of deepening urbanization.Vigorous promotion of urbanization can solve the "Three Rural" Issues,can accelerate the integration of rural infrastructure and public service,and can greatly improve farmers' production and living standards.The "No.1 Central Document" this year emphasizes that laws of development should be followed in countryside constructions,and rural areas construction planning at county level and countryside planning should be scientifically organized,explorations of beautiful and livable rural areas construction mode in accordance with local conditions should be encouraged and constructions of model villages and towns for conservation cultures should be carried out.In this context,active constructions are carried out throughout the country.Henan Province has selected and implemented 430 pilot projects for countryside constructions since 2013.These new countryside pilots have indeed greatly improved famers' production and living conditions.Not only have the villages become clean and tidy but also the villagers have enjoyed more comfortable houses.However,the existing new countryside residential mode still has some shortcomings.Though they have taken famers'particular modes of production into account in planning and designing,they cannot meet farmers' needs very well.Therefore,in order to improve the New Countryside Residential Mode,the author of this article chooses Wutang New Village of Minquan County,which is one of national civilized villages in Henan Province for pilot study.It summarizes the advantages and disadvantages for new countryside construction planning and analyzes the problems according to the local villagers' situations.As a result,it lays a solid foundation for improving New Countryside Residential Mode in Shicao Village of Longtang Town in Minquan County selected in this article.The author also carried out factual investigation into Shicao Village's status quo,and listened carefully to local villagers' views on their living conditions.We carried out in-depth investigations and analyses of residential modes with production needs and storage tunctions,as well as careful studies of farmers' demands in their modes of production.Then the results of existing methods were combined so as to give suggestions for improving residential modes and living conditions in Shicao Village.In addition,the author expresses some thoughts and personal ideas about new countryside construction and urbanization at the end of the article.Hope that the in-depth investigations,analyses and suggested solutions of the residential modes and living conditions of Shicao Village,Longtang County in this article can provide references for the new countryside construction in China,and promoting China's new countryside construction develop better.
