The corrosion of steel bar is the biggest reason that causes the decrease of the durability of existing building concrete structure, which has resulted in great economic loss. From the relevant research at home and abroad, the corrosion of reinforced concrete structure has multiple factors, and chloride intrusion is the main cause of the corrosion of steel. Electrochemical except chlorine without damaging the original concrete protective layer, you can make the invasion of the protective layer of concrete chloride discharge is a nondestructive, low-cost, high efficiency, reinforced concrete chlorine removal method, this technology has been in developed countries get certain engineering applications.In order to conform to the government actively promotes the existing building renovation of the excellent situation, according to China's coastal cities existing building reinforced concrete subjected to severe corrosion of the grim situation, by a self-made electrochemical removal of chloride system of reinforced concrete cylinder specimen of electrochemical dechlorination test, analysis of electrochemical removal effect on chlorine and the relationship between the parameters of the electrochemical chloride removal, the electrochemical studies in addition to the influence of chlorine on reinforced concrete adhesion, and the application prospect of brief analysis. The main research contents are as follows:(1) The study used cylindrical reinforced concrete test piece of electrochemical dechlorination test plan, with reference to the common C40 concrete index ratio of mortar, preparation of free chlorine and chlorine mortar two specimens; development with current regulation function of electrochemical parameters measurement and chlorine removing system; put forward as the power density parameters for chlorine removal; chlorine ion content in the design of reinforced concrete and removal of chlorine reinforced concrete bond strength testing method.(2) The study of electrochemical parameters on removal effect on chlorine, through test analysis under different power density concrete chlorine ion excluded volume, the results show that with increase of reinforced power density, a chloride ion content decreases, and the decrease of amplitude with the current density is linear change. Through data analysis, summed up the relative discharge chlorine ion content and applied electricity density empirical formula, under one step electrochemical removal of chloride application choose suitable electrochemical parameters provide a reference.(3) The study of electrochemical on chloride removal of concrete and reinforced grip wrapped force effect, by detecting analysis except for chloride before and after reinforced concrete of bond behavior changes. The results show that higher power density was applied, reinforced mortar and gripping force loss will be more obvious; put forward in practical engineering of electrochemical chloride construction except when, in addition to parameters for chlorine, priority should be given a low current density in making; put forward in except chlorine process parameters optimization, the concrete and reinforced bar gripping force loss and concrete chlorine ion content combination, the comprehensive evaluation the chloride removal effect to determine the upper limit of the process parameters.(4) The electrochemical removal of chloride method appropriate and comprehensive benefits are summarized, analysis its feasibility in the promotion of the domestic application of although electrochemical de chlorine technology will lead to reinforcement and concrete bond strength between damage will occur, but as long as in addition to chlorine process in the appropriate parameters for chlorine removal, to take the necessary measures, electrochemical except chlorine technology in repair of reinforced concrete corrosion still has good popularization and application value.
